Siwak
The siwak, still called souak, miswak or arak stick, is a branch of a small tree called salavadora persica.
Widely used by people in the Middle East, siwak is particularly used by Muslims around the world because the Prophet Muhammad has extolled its many merits in his Sounnah.

How do I use siwak?
It is used as a natural toothbrush; just rub your teeth with it in order to remove the dental plaque that forms as soon as you eat or drink.
Siwak is beneficial for strengthening the gums, it protects against limestone and the substance it contains would, according to some research, help to better digest food.
Also, in the longer term, siwak is a great way to whiten your teeth without resorting to chemicals and in a very simple and inexpensive way.
