How do I access my personal account?
Your account can be accessed from the home page at the top right, so just fill in your email address and password. Create your account, promised it only takes 2 minutes (I did the test : ) )
And even faster, connect with Facebook for example, in two clicks your account is created!
How do I get more information about a product?
You have the option to leave a comment on the product page, you will get a response within 24 hours, you can also send us an email telling us what is concerned.
Are all products authentic, am I sure I don't buy counterfeits?
The site Fashionista Paris does not sell any counterfeits, all products are authentic.
The items on offer are mostly unique pieces.
Most of the products are handmade.
How do I know if the product is available in stock?
If you can add the product to your shopping cart, it is available :)
How do I use a discount code?
Your discount code is to be entered on the order summary page, enter your code and then click "add," the price will be deducted.
The accepted means of payment are:
- Bank card via payplug or Oyst
- Check (delivery is made, once the cheque is cashed)
-Transfer (delivery is made, once the transfer has been received)
- Cash if hand-delivered by choosing this method of withdrawal when ordering
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours, so you will receive your orders within 48 hours to 72 hours working days for France for parcels. A 4-5-day delay for shipments by Mondial Relay.
Do you deliver to the DOM-TOM?
Yes, the products can be delivered in the DOM-TOM, the costs and delivery times are different from France.
What about abroad?
Yes, items can be sent abroad, if your country is not on the list of countries, contact me if I do what I need to do. The shipping fee is carried out according to the Poste.fr website
Where is my order?
You can follow the different stages of the order in your customer account, a tracking number is also provided to you to track the parcel through the postal service used.
The tracking number is shown in your order history. Click on details and you will see the different stages of the process of your order appear. Your tracking number is at the bottom of the page.
I have not received a confirmation email, how do I do it?
It is possible that the email is gone in your junk mail, it is necessary to add "email@example.com" to your contacts or in the case of a typing error. You can send us an email, we will send you your confirmation email.
How do I cancel my order?
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will proceed with the cancellation of your order. As orders are sent fairly quickly, let us know quickly if they are cancelled. If the shipment has already departed, the return fee will be your charge in case of cancellation.
In the case of a handover, exchanges and cancellations cannot be taken into account.

How am I reimbursed?
Refunds are made on request, you are reimbursed according to these conditions:

Items handed over in their own hands cannot be refunded.
How is the refund going on for a returned item?
As soon as the item is received at Fashionista Paris, it is checked to verify that there is no defect, we then proceed to refund your order subtracts from the delivery fee that we have paid.

The product received has a defect, how to do?
We invite you to send us the photo of the defect by email, if we find it, we will send you a voucher back to return the product, and we will proceed with the refund of the total amount of your order. However, the defect should not have been specified in the product sheet, in fact most items are second-hand or handmade items.
Are the return fees refunded?
Return fees can be refunded if you have paid by PayPal (you must register for the service beforehand)
They can also be refunded in the case of a defective item. In all other cases the return costs remain at the buyer's expense.
