Garcinia kola, or called Little Colas is a species of flowering plants in the family Clusiaceae or Guttiferae that is found mainly in West and Central Africa, the small colas sold on the site come from Senegal. The fruits, seeds and bark of Garcinia cola are used in traditional medicine to treat cough or fever thanks to its purgative, antiparasitic and antimicrobial properties.

The seeds are used against bronchitis, throat infections, colic, headaches, sinusitis, colds and coughs. It is also used to combat liver disorders and effective in getting rid of bad breath.

The Little Cola is above all a nervous exciter that acts positively on the male and female reproductive organs! Its consumption can be recommended in case of malfunction of these. It also boosts libido and promotes sexual desire, hence its name of aphrodisiac element.
