Here is the non-exhaustive list of its virtues:

How do I use khamaré?
You can drink it cold and hot but hot is much better.
Put a few stems in a 1 litre of water and leave to macerate for a few hours, then drink at will.
Hot, put a few stems in water and boil for about ten minutes.
Then drink it lukewarm
Khamaré can be drunk throughout the day and its roots are reusable several times (5 times).
Also make a seat bath by letting the steam from this decoction penetrate the vagina during the intimate toilet.

These two products, combined, constitute a formidable aphrodisiac for women and a remedy to cure the pain of the lower abdomen due to menstruation. More generally, the virtues of this mixture are:
Increased vaginal lubrication: pleasure lasts longer for both partners (to drink hot 2 hours before bedtime)
Calming against painful periods (to drink hot)
cleans the belly after menstrual periods: one week after the last day of menstruation, the woman's belly must be self-cleaned by expelling the waste from menstrual periods in the form of brown or brownish losses.
To drink twice a day for 3 days as soon as the period is over.
And have you ever used khamaré in stem or powder? Did it work for you? Don't hesitate to share your experience ;)
