How to use vetiver essential oil?

Put a few drops in an electric diffuser for a few minutes (5 to 10 min/h).


It can also be used as a massage combined with another vegetable oil to calm the feeling of heavy legs.

To relax, you can also use vetiver oil in the bath by pouring about twenty drops in 20ml of vegetable oil, so you can relax.

To be used in external channels only

Some precautions:

Wash your hands before and after using essential oils.


Do not use in pregnant women during the entire period of pregnancy.

Do not use in breastfeeding women.

Do not use in babies and children under 7 years of age.
