What are the virtues of fenugreek?

How to use fenugreek powder?
Take a large spoonful of fenugreek, soaked for two hours in a cup of water, directly before eating, knowing that this marinade strengthens the stomach and facilitates digestion. If you take the amount of a cup of the same solution on an empty head, it kills intestinal worms of different types.
