Preparation: Infuse 10 to 12 grams of the mixture in a litre of water. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Cover. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes before filtering. If you are eating your sweet infusion, preferably use thyme honey. Consumption of 3 to 5 cups throughout the day.
