Raspberry leaves have long been associated with the health of the female reproductive system and are also the best ally for pregnant women.
Raspberry leaf tea is recommended by midwives because of its excellent health benefits for women during pregnancy, childbirth and also during the postpartum period.
For people who, like me, are prone to vomiting in early pregnancy, raspberry leaves can reduce nausea occurring in the morning.
How to use raspberry leaves?
To be used ideally from the 2nd trimester, it is advisable however to always ask the opinion of your doctor before taking any treatment during the pregnancy.
You can drink two to three cups a day (morning, noon and evening) after having infused 1 or 2 teaspoons of dried raspberry leaves in 25 cl of water, boil for 5 minutes, filter and then add lemon and/or honey.
