Sleep infusion
This infusion is composed of plants selected for their richness in elements reputed to facilitate a good sleep.
It is essential to have a good diet and regular exercise to maintain good health.
Preparation:
Put 8 to 12 grams (about 3 tablespoons) of the mixture in a litre of water. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Cover. Leave to infuse for 15 to 20 minutes before filtering.
Eat a cup at the end of the day and a cup before bedtime.

Orange leaves (citrus sinensis L.)
Lemon balm leaves (melissa officinalis L.)
Lavenders (lavandula officinalis)
