What are the virtues of fenugreek?

Fenugreek comes from countries in the Middle East, the Mediterranean basin, such as Egypt and Morocco, and asian countries, such as Saudi Arabia and India.


Fenugreek contains trigonelline alongside a large amount of protein and fat. It also contains important starches and minerals such as phosphorus, nitrogen, calcium and iron.
